Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer
I have a user who cannot sign into Office 365 because we keep getting the following message "Sorry, another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer" I have followed all the procedures for Knowledge base article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2750229 but the issue still persists. I made sure to edit the account settings, registry, and credential manager but the procedure was not successful, we need additional assistance.

Dell Latitude E6430, Windows 7 Enterprise, and Office 2016
Solution
you can use the fix it tool in this article to completely remove office applications:
uninstall office 2013, office 2016, or office 365 from a pc
go to registry editor and control panel to remove the identities and related credentials. then install office applications again from the office 365 portal page.(portal.office.com/.../mysoftware.aspx )
after reinstallation, open one office application such as word, check if there’re any accounts left, if so, remove them and sign in with your office 365 account to check the outcome.
if this issue persists, could you help us confirm the following information for the further investigation?
1. have you tried logging into the office applications with another different office 365 account?
2. about the error message you met, please capture a full screenshot of it. to upload screenshots, you can click use rich formatting and then click the icon of insert/edit media.
3. do any other colleagues or computers encounter the same issue?
